DREAMS BEYOND program will serve adult and children individuals (men and/or women) with a primary diagnosis of DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY accompanied with physical, emotional and mental disabilities which may be accompanied with other various medical conditions, providing the individual meets the designated admission criteria.

At Dreams Beyond, we implement and sustain innovative supports to enhance individual strengths and meet each person’s unique needs. Services are guided by the belief that people should have everyday lives that include physical wellbeing, productivity, social relationships and control over how they live.

Our objective is to prepare at-risk individuals for a better tomorrow. That dreams can become reality by believing in oneself, cooperating and showing respect for others and putting forth an honest effort. To achieve this one must develop and continue practicing appropriate life skills.

Dreams Beyond believes that the community is our classroom and therefore, must provide our customers with real life situations to be successful.
